The whole this was improved even just by u touching it ❤
love how this looks, one suggestion is that i think the original fences should be added again to some degree, since that was one of the most memorable parts imo, it made the house feel more private and mansion-like.

i still dont know how literally NOBODY knows that house value IS NOT how much the house cost to construct. i tested this with decorations AND building (the other tab that has walls, pools, floors, etc.). with decorations, most (if not all) of the cost was added to the houses value. but with things like POOLS, ROOFS, PILLARS, WALLS, FLOORS, ETC., 0% OF THE COST WAS ADDED to the value. THIS EVEN INCLUDES ELEVATORS!!
edit: this would probably make the mansion cost around 200k - 400k to build. this STILL DOESNT justify the old price of ONE MILLION bloxburg cash.
Idk why but my inner contractor always gets irked when people say that they are renovating and start removing walls and making new structure, for those who don’t know renovation is when you restore something, remodeling is when you start to remove walls move doors and windows and expand rooms ect.

when he preferred doing the classic family home but the bloxington mansion won the poll (lol I also wanted to see you renovate the classic family home but as I read the caption from the poll, I immediately vote the bloxington HSAHHAHA). You pulled it so much faulty, slay and love it!!
This house SCREAMS Mediterranean style. The arches are the most Mediterranean parts of the house and the colors are really nice too! The windows are arches however some are the basic boxy windows and the custom door is just.. WOW

You can bulldoze everything you want except for the walls to make it easier
The starter houses are designed to make you want to make modifications all of them have small things that could be improved by simply moving or replacing somthing to incentivise you to try building thats why thay window was wonky

this looks amazing!! just a criticism tho, if you really want to make it more mediterranean, you should change the roof to a tile instead of that brick-like texture imo + change it to a more salmon/light crimson ish color
also the landscaping.......... change the pine trees to palm trees perhaps
i recommend you to look at sims 4 mediterranean houses to gather inspiration and references!! like i said, it looks amazing
also in my kitchen we got like 2 carpets 😢 no judgement allowed

good question, i wanted the gable roof to be a little higher so i placed triangular shapes on top of a raised roof
