So the story on the label is actually pretty funny. There were 2 people running angostura. 1 of them had picked the bottles and ordered them while the other was over making the labels. Neither talked to each other before getting the bottles and the labels. The labels ended up being too tall and they ended up using them. Then they decided they liked the look and it just stuck.
