One of the best choirs ever in the country! What a blessing and a pleasure to have been apart of this dynamic and talented group. What made this choir stand out was its commitment in bringing the Good News about Jesus Christ through song in an excellent manner! Rev. Vails was a true inspiration for all of us with his super anointed voice and personality. I hope more would post concerts of our choir on RUclips in order to continue the ministry of sharing Jesus Christ to the world!

Please upload more of this concert. The Donald Vails Choraleers are one of my favorite choirs. I never got the chance to see them sing live. This is HISTORY!! Thank you so much for this.
This is Old St. James on Mt. Elliot and Pullford (aka Revival Tabernacle) isn't it. There is not another acoustical venue like it in the city of Detroit.
To be clear. It was known as Revival Tabernacle after St. James. When St. James moved, they sold the church to Bishop Andre Woods, and out of that came Revival Tabernacle.
OH MY GOD I BEEN WAITIN' ON THIS!!!!! I was 17!!!!!! I WAS AN USHER!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!! I REMEMBER THIS DAY SO CLEARLY. IT WAS THE 2nd To LAST time I saw Donald. (the last was at the Voices Reunion the next year). Michael Neal passed RIGHT before this concert, but he made rehearsal and KILLED "The Lord Is Blessing Me". Somebody stole my video way back in the 90s.
Wow. Something led me to these comments! This is my other page but I got you. I haven't been on here in years but I see you JUST left that! @@jaredpayton4998

Yes, I actually own up to doing the video. I laugh, because I was so young and could have been better. But WOW, the music.
So sad it's torn down now.

Knowing A.Howard, he was probably there.
