Forte GT aint no joke that thing really gets up n goes and keeps up with a lot of cars. I own one myself and I've raced a Subaru BRZ kia k5 on the freeway!!!
Well, I was watching Forte GT videos bc it's time to sell my 200k mile VQ and the first video is a GT walking a VQ. I'm sold. All I want in my next car is good mpg and enough pep to be faster than regular traffic.
@@DaytonaBlueHr My DE is "quick" but certainly not fast, so I'm used to not winning races. I'm really digging the Honda Accord 2.0 (FWD😵💫), but also the Mustang Ecoboost 10 speed (RWD🙂). I would have to save a bit more for those cars, but they both seem to be sleepers that can provide decent mpg.

The Dct is not a problem to me in this car, drive it using all the aspects of a Dct and you will love it, when I’m on it I dnt let the computer shift/downshift. I’ll downshift/upshift with gear shifter, and when I wanna cruise let the auto side go to work
@@souljayt8411 they are smooth don’t get me wrong, I’m just one to prefer standard over an auto. I’ve yet to see any high mileage to determine the reliability but manual will always win that race
😂. Unreluable and cant mod much with the unreliable dct. The stick is weak off the line and wheel hops. A base 174 hp civic will make more power, nearly 275 hp. That stock base Civic will beat a stock Forte GT all day.

On a 2 hour trip I managed to hit 46 MPG. Had to stay around 60-65 tho
They respond pretty well to just a jb4 tune, the torque gains are nuts
Well it was a DE 350z ive beat my buddies Jb4 Forte Gt pretty badly in my Stock Gutted Hr lol but nonetheless those Forte Gt’a can be made quick haha

Higher quality plugs can spark a little quicker and they usually last longer, it really doesn’t make much of a difference.
