Audiences don't know how to Symphony anymore. You don't clap between movements. DX So glad to find this on full on RUclips, and this orchestra did an astounding job.
SO TRUE. I was so mad when they finished a movement. This happened at my concert as well we had 3 movements and they clapped through them all. I just looked at my stand parter looking super pissed as hey he just nervously whispered me to calm down and just ignore their ignorance.
Nobody, simply nobody should clap between movements, be it symphony or concerto. You clap when the conductor faces the audience. This is the basic rule of classical music.
Why is THAT the basic rule of classical music? I thought it was, as Francis Page once told me, “…if you want to know anything about music, you have to listen to it.” Just before he lifted our class of students with his interpretation of Adagio Cantabile
The recording is badly marred by some jerk in the audience coughing. I had planned to use the audio track with a video I created. But no. Fortunately there are other fine performances on youtube.

The clapping here was done in good timing and of sufficient duration.

Were there commercials embedded in the video 2 years ago?
Alden Wilner yes
Beautiful; it makes my feet dance and my heart sing!
The largo (slow movement of Palladio) is one of the most breathtaking classical pieces I know and it always moves me.
The bowing of the first violins for the 3rd movement was very interesting. And a great performance overall. Thanks for sharing.
Тот случай, когда и в наше время рождается классика.
I love this piece so much. I saw the ENMU Swanee Choir do the choral arrangement of it. Breathtaking.
Огромное спасибо маэстро, потрясающая музыка!!!
You can tell how sophisticated a countries aerospace industry will be in 10 years by the sound of their young orchestras
Great experience!!! Thanks for sharing!!!
Bellísimo!!! Gracias por compartir.
Amazing that it got it's start as the background music for a diamond ring commercial
Slightly slower than normally played, but nevertheless beautiful. Such an amazing masterpiece !. His music should be performed more.
muy lindo saludos desde Chile
Classic symphony. Memorable first movement, beautiful second movement and impossible third movement owo
Горжусь Игорем Тюваевым! Прекрасный дирижёр и отец❤️

Well the conductor didn't bother turning around at the end, did he.

Magnifique
Œuvre magnifique découverte lors des Flâneries musicales de Reims 2017 !
The 7th and 8th Grade Orchestra from Oak Valley Middle School performed it at the Gala Concert 2019.
Powerful and grandiose
fantastic guys slow can glow your life all the best
Шедевр
Excellent !
the perfect tempo for this song. All other renditions I’ve heard of this piece are done too fast.
ABSOLUTELY!!! All other interpretations too too fast. Doesn't allow for savouring each note. Magnificent this one!! Total bliss!!
Fantastic ♥️👍
Bellissima ❤
Превосходно!
BRILLIANT!
Браво!!!!
Playing this song
The way the crowd was clapping, I think they wanted an encore. Not giving it is a bit of a let down. Great piece though.
For my point of view it si a little bit slowly but obiously is my point of view 🙂
I agree. Great rendition but I also prefer it a little faster.
Speed shoud be at 1.2.
