The original SF park and it has the first ever log flume ride. Yes, first ever in the world. And the first mine cart type roller coaster. Oh, and the tallest coaster in Texas.

Great video! Sounds like a great park! It always sounded to me like enthusiasts liked Fiesta Texas more than this park but i can see how you like the ride lineup more here thinking about intensity. Mr Freeze sounds great! The st louis one is prob good too.
I think Mister Freeze at Over Texas is better, because it offers both forwards and backwards experiences, while SFStl only offers a backwards ride.

This was such a fun vlog man. I just got back from SFOT today with my friends and wanted to keep experiencing it in some way, and y’all’s hype for the rides made me genuinely so happy. New Texas Giant is genuinely such a great ride as are the others. Curious to know why you like NTG more than Iron Rattler?

SFOT always struggles with off-season workforce issues, and they often have a greater percentage of staff working while in training. That can lead to some dining and merch chaos and slower operations. But I think it's still worth it to go if you can just for the lower crowds and milder weather.
Also, in the "winter" the temperatures could easily have high temps of 30F or 90F any given weekend. Because it can freeze any night and the water pipes aren't well insulated, the water fountains are closed by date like water rides

New Texas Giant and Titan first. Then, Mister Freeze. After that, just work your way around the park.

I would recommend heading to New Texas Giant and Titan first.
La Viborra has painfully slow operations, so if you want to do it, try to get to it super early or plan for a long wait
