HAL, DRDO and all other Sarkari Co's need to shape up. They ve improved but not yet there.

BTW why is Shiv’s Livefist blog not seeing more articles and blog posts , having been an avid reader of his blog , I find he’s not been very much on top of it and guess it’s not getting his time much!! More articles would be appreciated Shiv ! As of today the last article was written on 28th March ‘24 !
HAL will be in play when it will be winning orders from South Asian friendly countries for its great quality, reliability, maintainability and competitive price of its products as ISRO has come up. The country is hungry of good civil helicopters in large numbers, a new company in private must come up.
They should be told that it is not a cushy retirement position at HAL.
There are employees of HAL, Bangalore whose only job is to come to the office, read the morning's newspapers, have the sumptuous lunch at their canteen for like ₹5, gossip and leave at 3pm
Not to digress from the point - but like HAL website, almost every sarkari or public sector advertisement/website shouts from the rooftop that in India, we have no clue about a modern sleek user interface or we simply don't care - or both. It is the same old early 1990s version.

But this is abt something different.. I dont know how these people are so comfortable wiggling their toes in cross legs in front of others..
I dont feel like doing that even a kid sits in front of me.
These people do it on live shows.. I mean you can be great person in your career.. But u need to learn that such habbits shud not be propogated caliming comforrt or by saying I dobt mean it in heart..
Chairman HAL are incompetent and counting his days of retirement .
Request to understand better by doing little study of management roles. Your comment, with out having very basic understanding.

Some of the commenteers dont have basic knowledge but can comment on anything since they have they have the freedom of expression..It need not be on Government companies or Government....
Atleast do some homework before commenting..so that quality debates can take place...
One should understand, in warship sector our Government companies alone were able to deliver...all private companies shipyards closed down ..including Reliance....Please do comment..but not like casual....
Some discussion here lack certain basic understanding of Aircraft manufacturing. For example, earlier HAL , as per requirements of nation , Airforce etc built Aircraft as licensed production. And the numbers are limited. Ex. JAGUAR, MIRAGE, SU30..etc...
One should realise , there is no echo system of aircraft parts ...
As a person, who handled many projects of national importance. Request to share information more realistically .
Even Tata's etc dont invest their energy in the kind of capabilities HAL developed because they are not viable for them...
How many of the public know that HAL supplies Aircraft doors to major engineering companies...
Many foreign Aircraft companies( suplied Aircraft to indian airforce ) look at HAL for ROH facilities . Why they don't look at Private ...

How they have managed to deliver things on time . All PSU forget HAL have the same record . Being a huge company they don’t even have a proper website to show what they have got . Look at their stocks! At all time high . Look like it’s being run by a big MNC CEO but in the ground it’s the same old sarkari daftaar
