I myself have a property in cyprus and am currently looking for another one, I'm starting small because I'm not rich BUT I feel this can take me out of the "matrix". Had enough of that, ever since covid my eyes opened, everything stopped and all I had was the one valuable thing that cannot be bought with money, My time! 401ks are just investment vehicles. Telling people not to invest in 401ks is the same as telling them not to invest in Roth IRAs or index funds. It doesn’t make much sense. If you are going to remain in the work force for any amount of time you might as well invest in a 401k. There’s really no smart reason not to. No other investment vehicle guarantees a 100% return up to a percentage. It would be stupid to pass up for 90% of people
