HOW TO MAKE ARDUINO UNIVERSAL REMOTE CONTROLLER

Its simple steps to build you first step record the original remote HEX codes and choose the button on remote and press to view HEX code showing on serial monitor and copy the HEX code and upload second arduino code .....
