Hi Shweta. I am allergic to gluten and have always wanted to try gluten alternative recipes for making pani puris. Your channel and videos are very inspiring. Thank you so much.
I had no idea that rice sooji existed until now!! I just bought some today at the store and can not wait to try this recipe!! Thank you so much for sharing ❤
Hi, i tried this recipe but pani puri after few seconds they gotten so soft like normal puris. Followed the exact same recipe. What do you think the reason. I really wanna make gluten free pani puri.
Hi, sorry to hear that. This recipe is my top recipe that people followed and all love it. If you have tried the exact recipe, it should not happen. However, this could happen due to soft dough consistency, sometimes due to rainy weather/humidity, if you fried it on high flame etc.

Hi Vasudha, sad to know that. One of the reason that I experienced unlike normal puris these puris need to fry until golden brownish in colour, then only they will remain crispy.
@@Lifewithtwodogs you can try that but I found this proportion just perfect. When we add more samolina, the dough is not pliable and tend to brake while kneading. You can just try adding in a small proportion. I also tried this existing proportion (a slight change) with millet flour, that video is in editing. Those also nicely puffed and crispy and crunchy as well.
Xanthan gum is required to reduce the crumbliness and unfortunately there is no alternative which gives exact same results. However, few people also use psyllium husk, but this as well is not as effective as gum. You can just omit gum but the bread will be a bit crumbly
You get easily on Amazon or in any Indian stores..Idli rava is also same But if you are not finding it anywhere then just grind some rice grains not very coarse or fine.

Hello Shweta, i tried this recipe today. All the golgappas puffed up but they were not crunchy and crispy.
Any suggestions 🤔?

@@glutenfree-guiltfree i actually made two batches of them , fry both of them till golden brown but still the result was same
@@glutenfree-guiltfree i willtfy another batch. Do you think adding more rice semolina could help?
