This brings tears to my eyes, she looks and reminds me of my nonna who was also Genovese - such a fantastic generation who are just amazing at cooking with love. I miss my nonna very much and I’m so happy this video brought me closer to her through this woman ♥️

Ho 48 anni originario di Ventimiglia dove vivo tuttora e sono cuoco , pasticcere,panettiere,pizzaiolo e macellaio. L' unica perplessità è solamente sulla besciamella,tutto il resto è fatto ad opera d'arte secondo le mie conoscenze. Brava Sig. Pina complimenti. bona a vui e speramu de incuntrasse in giurnu .

At 4:19 chef says “together with our trenette”. Isn’t that a thin pasta, like linguine? Perhaps she was just saying to add all the filling ingredients into the thin lasagne pasta? Thanks for any clarification.
Is there perhaps an error in the recipe? She uses 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks while the recipe tells 4 eggs and 4 egg yolks which seems to be a lot of moisture for 500gr flour? I have also bought the book that has the same recipe so i'm having my doubts, thank you!
