Project Rebel: 1985 Honda Rebel Bobber Build PT. 2

Welcome to Project Rebel! This is Pt.2
Project Rebel, also dubbed Piglet, is a 1985 Honda Rebel 250 that I picked up from some friends for about $100 when they cleaned out their garage. At the time Piglet had been sitting fo about 2 year and it was time for it to go to a new home. I offered to pick it up as a passion/ budget project for fun and for the opportunity to try my hand at building a bike, which I've wanted to do for some time now. When I picked up the Rebel it was not running and it was in pieces. The bike came with a lot of parts to put it back together as well as a few upgrades and spares.
A few side notes about the project. For one, the build was filmed, edited, and posted originally to Tiktok. That being said the format is a little different than a normal RUclips video. Two, the project is complete for the most part already. Three, there was no plan to keep the bike once completed so it will eventually be going to its new home soon which is a friend of mine so I will get regular updates on the bike.

I don’t care for them either but luckily I haven’t had to do a whole lot of carb work on either this bike l, the sv when I had it, and the vstar.

Sent it back. Ended up repairing the one that came on it, watch the rest of the series.
