I built this thing about 15yrs ago slowly after just gathering a big pile of stuff. It is an ESO speedway engine 88mm bore x 85 stroke 500cc. 14-1 compression on Methanol. I ordered a new frame based on the 1963 Manx in chr/moly. The gearbox is a cheapie Triumph 5 speed a fraction of the cost of clusters made in NZ or UK. the primary is Triumph based on pulleys made by myself with the help of a machinist. A MK2 Amal 38mm does the inlet bit and the pipe was made by Rob Olsen and the muffler is off ebay.
