I love jamaican food. Jerk chicken is always delicious. Sweet plantains are wonderful fried. I enjoy the black bean and coconut rice they serve with a lot of dishes. I actually made an oxtail stew last month and it was so yummy.

In Jamaica we call the goat meat “renk” it’s similar to gamey. For curry it is preferred to use a male goat so it has a stronger Renk taste
