It's Pretty Rare To See A Train Terminate At MacArthur, And Then Continue To Go To Dublin. Because It Would Usually Go Through The West Oakland Tunnel And Head For Lake Merritt Instead Of 19 St./12. St Oakland City Center.
Yes. Apparently, during that time in the Market St., Subway section of San Francisco there was electrical work, so BART had to do some single tracking. Only the yellow line ran through the Transbay Tube. So, the blue line was rerouted to MacArthur station. I’m not sure about the other lines, but this is as far as I know.
I'm pretty sure the train was mistakenly flagged as Out of Service, that's why the ATO made the skip the station and the signs on the cars were off You can see the signs on the train say MacArthur when coming back, I'm guessing the Control Center and Operator did that so the train could offboard people at MacArthur, then it leaves for Dublin/Pleasanton That's my best guess. Also I was on one of the new trains and it skipped Glen Park, for some reason they like to skip stations. Probably cause Bart is mixing new tech with old tech
lookin good

This fleet reminds me of the Bucharest Metrou and maybe a little bit of the Stockholm Tunnelbana fleet.
Great Video.
Gosh there were like 5 cab cars on that 9 car train all mismatched.,
BART's fleet of the future is not like the WMATA's 7000 series, too noisy. Although they will fill up one line at a time.
it isnt the trains that are loud, its the rails that cause all the noise
is that on the Sunday Schedule
Yep.
Hey Bay Area Transit News is there gonna be any updates for the Bart
What was the point of leaving the station to come right back 😂

Irrelevant question but what camera are you using to film this?
An LG V40
