Nice demo. It could get warmer if you insulate the backside with styrofoam and a sheet of Radiator foil (basically aluminium foil). All the heat will go out front, way more effecctive. 60-70 degrees is no problem.
If you connect it with 12v it will not work because the resistance it too high for 12v. At 12 volt it will only use .07Watts of power and not heat up at all.
