Question... I have Orly rubberized base coat. Can I use that and then just rub in this product? It probably won't be shifting as it's not in a liquid stay.. then use magnet to create the shifting.?

We have not tried it with a rubberised base but i think your way sounds about right. Let us know how you get on.
