Great topic coaches 👏 ... i love the theme of ' doing this for reasons, and not doing this for reasons '.... and then articulating them. If a gym is providing a path to progression, cross training should be like 'seasoning', a little here and there when the meal needs it. My cross training is now RETURNING to Stout when i come home 💯 .
