This i made with Readymade Puttu Flour.. easy and very tasty.. Enjoy..!
Ingredients
Puttu Flour - 1 Cup
Fine roce flour (roasted)- 1 Tbsp full
Water - 2 Cups
Salt
Coconut - 1/2 Cup
Fennel Seeds - 1 Tbsp full
Big Onion - 1/2 of 1 No
Oil

Hello sister i tried this receipe few days back, it didn't come well lot of oil absorbed....rice i took that ration one.

oil absorbed due to dough consistency.. knead with less water. dough should not be wet.. this should be a bit thick..and oil should be in above medium hot.

in English also Puttu Flour..its nothing but roasted Rice flour with grits.. so many brands available in MArket.. Labelled Puttu Flour or Puttu Podi.. Puttu is the famous breakfast in Kerala.. its called kerala Steam cake in english.. Uploaded a video about how to make Puttu Flour..
