Or how about a game where guests pair up (although singles and groups of three are also welcome, if there is an odd number of guests), and the expectant parent has to go around to each pair (or single or group of three), and pretend that they (expectant parent) are their (pair, single, or group of three) child. The pair (or single or group of three) must always side with each other, or with other 'adults,' rather than with their pretend 'child' (a.k.a. the expectant parent). Here is an example.
Expectant parent: "parent, can I please go to a sleepover with my friend so and so?"
Pretend parent # 1: "no, because you know you have to get up early. I'm sorry, sweetie."
Expectant parent: "BUT I PROMISE I WILL MAKE SURE TO GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!!"
Pretend parent # 2: "don't talk to pretend parent # 1 like that!
Expectant parent: "but every other girl from school will be there, and if I don't go, the other girls at school will pick on me."
Pretend parent # 2: "you heard pretend parent # 1! You're not going!"

Here is another idea. Have a game where each guest makes a decision for the expectant parent, that you know they will absolutely detest! However, the expectant parent is expected to go along with each guest's decision, no matter how much they despise it. This will at least give the expectant parent some perspective on how their unborn child will feel when expected to go along with decisions they don't like.
