no your'e wrong ...theres nothing wrong with the interviewer ...he is quite a nice guy ...oldschool respectful guy ..He is doing quite well ...many musicians has a tendency to be very egotistic ...He calms all of the musicians down in a very simplistic and humble way , whilst at the same time being very respectful to them ...i see no wrong in his approach ..
