Thank you Ang! 👍
Best of luck for Sunday, Lee! I am doing a half marathon later this year, do you think any nutrition during the race is required for that distance or is it just necessary for marathons?
Thanks Chris 👍 Good luck with your half and training. It’s not necessary from a calorie/energy point of view but for my last half race I took two gels. I probably didn’t need them, but I’d rather have them and not need them than vice versa. It will also depend how long you’re out there for.
Good luck this weekend. Is there a way to track you?
What Steve said! Bib number 5742 👍🤞
@@thelaidbackrunner I’ll be tracking! 👍🏻
Aw man the beard is gone! Good luck!
Had to get more streamlined (and wifey wasn’t enjoying it too much! 😂) but mostly streamlining…
2:48 is outstanding. I just ran 2:58 last November and am hoping to improve that in Valencia next December. Are you on Strava as well?
@@RUN-SC I might have a look into Valencia - if entries are still open. 2:58 is a fantastic time - anything sub-3/GFA and you know someone has been training hard. I’m on Strava: Lee Billinghurst 👍
Soar running nice and comfortable...and expensive 😢
Yeah they are crazy pricey. The shirts I have though are now going two years strong, worn at least once weeks. So initial investment is high, but they pay for themselves in the long run.
