Prince's performance consistently clocks in as the greatest half-time performance ever. The NFL network did a mini documentary about it because it's considered to be the best . Prince played live during a monsoon. Everything was soaking wet and the guy still killed it. He's the only musician that could have pulled that off.
It was a monsoon going on. Also of interest s the fact that none of the instruments worked again having been water damaged. They were auctioned off to charity. He used 4 different electric guitars during that performance. I should say , you should react to the entirety of his performance
Good ear on the guitar. The guitar tech in charge tuned the guitar to the wrong key, but it is live- Prince had to go with it. The echo on Prince vocals is how the original Song was recorded.
I agree! You don’t get the full experience without watching the whole halftime show. Y’all should rewatch it and show us your reaction. It is SO WORTH THE WATCH!
Not good tone on the guitar. He still played it “right.” It might have been tuned wrong or it might have just been all of the rain. If you listen to the full performance, the other guitars from earlier in the performance sound a lot better. According to Prince’s keyboard player, Morris Hayes, all the electric instruments “died” after this performance- they literally could not play them after that performance.
THIS guy thinks there was an echo? If there was it was the size of the stadium, theres no lip syncing with prince, I can't believe that they actually believe it.

Thank you my guy for the info on the redundancy ...Ive always wondered those questions.
React to Prince & the Revolution w/Sheila E. -A Love Bizarre (LIVE)
Such a talented man .rip.
React to the full 12 minute set…it’s pure fire! And no lip syncing in sight like MJ did…just saying 🤷♀️💜

He played in pouring rain with four live guitars. The stage was slippery as he'll. What the . Do u want.
You should’ve reacted to the whole performance

I thought the guitar was great, if anything that downpour affected the guitar
