Malai kofta Curry is very popular dish in India. This is vegetarian version of meatballs knowns as koftas. In this recipe koftas are made up of potato and paneer with dry fruit stuffing. kofta curry is creamy onion-tomato gravy. Here whole puree is strained for smooth texture, but straining is optional. You can also remove whole spices before grinding.
