Thank you. Your lectures are quite helpful and so far the videos I've watched contains the important concepts that needs to be covered in a certain topic. I watch your video after reading the assigned readings and it helps me to consolidate everything in my brain. Good luck. :)
Great video! Really breaks down the three very well. If I can suggest a couple of things though - it was difficult to hear the video due to the microphone, and I'd have LOVED it if you could have stood to the side so I could have screenshot your whiteboard! This will definitely help on my LAST exam of nursing school though! Thank you!! :)
Thank you for your help. You are amazing! Your videos are on point and focusses on the important aspects and you communicated info very well. Easy to understand and very helpful! clicked Subscribed right away!

In neurogenic shock, the autonomic nervous system control and sympathetic response are lost below the level of the injury. There is no connection between the brain and the blood vessels below the injury, therefore no feedback, no sympathetic response and bradycardia.
I love how you put these three conditions together! Thank you so much!
Glad you enjoyed the video. Thanks for watching! 😀

Why would the HR be slow in neurogenic shock?
In neurogenic shock, the autonomic nervous system control and sympathetic response are lost below the level of the injury. There is no connection between the brain and the blood vessels below the injury, therefore no feedback, no sympathetic response and bradycardia.
Are those shocks mentioned in spinal cord injury?
Yes! Check it out here: ruclips.net/video/tOWNbCN_FO8/видео.html
