Asprovalta is small town placed next to Nea Vrasna, on her left side and you may come to this beautifull, small town in just less then 10 minutes of easy walk down the sidewalk in the line with the sea. At the entrance of Asprovalta there are street sellers of fresh vegetables and fruit. After them you will “dive” into the crowd of stores, restaurants, street walkers, street sellers, and charm of this beautiful little city.
Nevertheless, Asprovalta is only 2 km away from Nea Vrasna and between them there is a bridge that devides them. It is one of the most developed northern Greece tourist cities with more than 300 stores and 100 restaurants and tavernas. The promenade is about 4 km long, with two pedestrian zones. Asprovalta is perfect for families with children, as well as for young people because of rich night life and entertainment. Her beach is 10 km long, sandy and mostly organized.
