when i click "reset my PC'' from recovery option, nothing changes. i dont get any options to keep my files or erase ...........then i tried the 2nd method, shift + restart, but there is no option of reset PC in the troubleshoot...plz tell me a way to sot this out

In my case 🥲 setting & other software is not open 🥲
Doesn't matter still you can reset your pc, if you follow the steps which I mention in the video

bro when i try to reset by restarting it asks for recovery pin
Go to your computer bios by pressing your bios key may be F2/F8 etc or google it, Then go to security next go to PTT security and turn on PPT security then apply and next turn on the save as custom user setting hit ok. Restar your computer

So for now the most straightforward way you have is to download a new iso file of windows and then update windows first then your reset will work normally.
