One of the downsides of this movie was to use actors and actrsses from Albanian diaspora bcs they do not sepak Albanian well (especially thaf girl. As soon as she opens her mouth she sounds like an American girl that just learned a few Albaniam words...the American way 😄)....

Thrlughout the e tirw Baljans there arw so many similar melodies..its one region...i habitet by people since prehistory.... Also, if you ask ethnomusicologists, they will tell ylu that the zrma/surla and tupan/tapan (very typical of Macedonian and Albanian music) werw not brlught to these two peoples by the Ottomans but existwd there before that peripd of history bcs we find it in palces that werw never under the Ottiman emlire but werw under the emlire of Alexander the Hreat(like the Hunza region for example)....
