Great discussion guys, I learned a lot about tokenisation of houses! I'm wondering what would happen if the house burns down and the insurance pays out to the owner. Would the token holders get any of this or would their token go to zero. And how would they get their portion of the insured amount paid out.

@@adamstokes That's what I would hope for too. Just wondering how that works in practice. Maybe a question to ask for a follow up discussion. Would be great if you could interview the CEO of Chintai at some point. They are also in the RWA space but not just focused on real estate. I think they also work with Bricklet here in Australia. Anyway, looking forward to your next video.
