Some guns drift to the left and some drift bottom right too. It usually happen from 600 onwards but it effects T1 snipers less. I think it’s Bohemia’s idea of spicing it up a bit. who knows. Tundra @ 800 is accurate. AKM with PSO-1 @ 800 hits bottom right….by a lot. I agree windage in DayZ would be awesome.

Why i there drift correction, through there is no wind effect on balistics in Dayz? Why your bullet flight to the right ?
