Well it looks pretty impressive to me, I know that skipping is a skill that takes a lot practice, what I really like also is the big spool, looks like it holds a lot line, I appreciate you doing this video!👍
Yes, they are nice 👍 but this reel is more than an ounce lighter & has some cool features…like the flip out hook hanger & the line # test indicator which also shows whether you’re spooled with mono or fluoro (it indicates braid also but that’s obvious). I love the Zillion but this reel is $100 less. That’s why I’m interested. It’s quite a bit lighter than a Tatula & $100 less than a Zillion. I’m anxious to try it to see if I like it nearly as much as the Zillion. If so, it’ll be a great deal!👊🎣
I accidently hit 0.5x speed instead of 1.25x speed and it's hilarious to hear you talking about skipping 🤣. Although it is good to see how you feather the spool with your thumb. I could watch you skip docks all day! You ever run into docks hanging chains?
To me the Lews Pro SP is probably the best reel for skipping on the market.... it doesn't really make it any easier but it makes the aftermath of a bad skip easier to deal with. I like the Curado 150 MGL spool as well but this is a pretty cool real also... I've never really wanted a reel like this but it is pretty cool to have another option on the market for the people who like these reels.
If people want a skipping reel with the less amount chance of back lash when skipping. Lews and dawia makes a pitching and skipping reels just for that. You can even use them as low profile bait finesse reel with the right rod. Skipping is art, you have to put time into it if you want to use any reel with a full spool of line.
That's probably a better casting reel for normal fishing. Just tell them to get a Pro SP if they really want to skip. Lews reels are #1 in my opinion. They were designed by pros!
, I certainly hope you are not sponsered by Lews, Six freakin minutes into this video before you tell viewers what reel you are using, thought it was calked " THIS REEL" ,
Lews makes a skipping reel. Got one it works for me.
I have a couple of Shimano Curado DCs, they are difficult to backlash as well. You are an elite dock skipper!

Diawa has had an anti backlash reel out for several years now,, the SV TW.
is it like this one

How does that reel compare to the bantam 22. I been thinking of getting that reel or another bantam. Bantam is hard to beat in durability.
What rod do you skip with. I’m getting better at skipping, I use a med fast and Lew’s SP reel.
Todd I was just messing with you. I figured that would get a reply got a whole video.😀👍👍👍👍👍

@@toddcastledinefishing5924 Thanks!!
Got it
im so confused about the fact you have a custom pro rod with xd cranking grips haha
Agreed, you can either skip or you can’t. A reel isn’t gonna fix you if you don’t put the work in😂
When is going to be released? How much?
There is a link in the description
Yeah, back on the water.
Hopefully they make it in a better color. Seems legit though...

I don't fill my reels to capacity for skipping flipping and pitching...
Point this reel is made for casting if u wanna skip get skipping/pitching reel that's what it's made for
Unfortunately most can't afford it
They still sell Zebco 33's for those folks.
Let him cook
