- The Arado 234 is a beast of a bomber. Watch it catch up to a P-51 and then make it suck vapor as it pulls aways rapidly - while still carrying an SC 250 bomb on one wing. When flown correctly this aircraft is virtually untouchable.
Man as a regular he-111 pilot, auto bomb sight, autopilot climb and the safety feeling of high speed is a dream to me! COME TO STEAM!
After that show of FU on that P51, Watching a AR234 scooting past with too much speed when landing and disappearing going down the hill past the airfield is equivalent to in the movies when the hero is on a horse riding into the sunset at the end.
lol bro I'll go with that.
Such a cool plane, and so ahead of its time.
That bombing precision wow
Whenever a damaged engine in the AR234 or Me262 catches fire. I simply dive and hit full rudder opposite of the engine on fire, and it pretty much always goes out. It'll probably catch fire again within a few minutes, and you can do the same, but eventually it'll explode so just know that your time is limited at that point.
I had no idea how awesome the AR234 was going to be; it's got some of the coolest features ever implemented into IL-2.
I love that you can do a completely hands off auto-climb by using the autopilot.
What I cut out of the vid was my attempt to dive it out. Got to 700 kph but didn't do the rudder thing you mentioned, and the fire didn't go out. So I just cut the engines because I was close enough to do a dead stick, and it went out.
Same for Ju-88, although you must have enough altitude
@@RudeRaptor At the beginning of this TAW video from way back I dived out a fire in an 88 - ruclips.net/video/PPzEr6FcyEU/видео.html&ab_channel=HvB
Nice video, and super crisp quality, not much more to ask for. Shame about the landing tho LOL
Seeing the ending, I heard the Goofy scream in my mind. XD
Excellent, and fun video. Congrats
Just testing the suspension and off-road capabilities at the end, is all!
lol bro. good to hear from you - hope all is well...
That was fun. Subscribed!
NICE one! Full of entertainment and shenanigans!!
thank you bro - hope you are doing well - - -
@@HvB_ground_attack Doin' Dandy!!
Cool ending clip!
I dont think you made any mistakes on landing, that little airbase is just not quite long enough to land this thing, you need a real concrete runway, lol,on another note what is the story with this plane when it comes to landing it? it wants to take off to the moon, gotta fight it all the way down, lol,i have been playing both new and old IL2 since they came out and landing is one of those things i got pretty much down but on this beast the landings are very strange even with the elevators buried up.
Great plane. Why did they do so poorly at Remagen? Was it the allied AAA or the lack of experience of the pilots?
Low altitude attacks, knowledge the bridge was going to be attacked constantly made the sorties no real surprise, massive amount of AAA.
That was awesome dude 👌
thx bro - - -
Czes a te rakiety wspomagające start jak się odpala
We need a tutorial about how to use the bombing sight!
flyus747 is working on one.
Funny ending
That thing looks like a lot of fun for a TAW campaign. Pretty much hit targets with impunity. Great for harassing airfields 😎
I think it's a game changer, brozinator....
Stuvi has me wanting to do high alt dive bombing
How feasible is it to hit AFs and depots on finnish and how high can you drop from before wind becomes an issue
Either stuka style or at some angle
In planes without Stuvi and lots of bombs like a20/88a4
I
I got a 410 video coming out in a day or two that covers the Stuvi and dive bombing that answers these questions. short answer is about 1.5 alt for low angle attacks and 2k for dive bombing.
CRASH??
oh yea,,,
Finnish has arados now! come join us tonight
how many?
I did!
trolling a P51 with a SC250 :)
this thin NEEEDS Cannons so bad
So.... did you ever get that thing to stop?
Yes. The forest at the bottom of the hill was a great help.
