Great interviewer. She asked simple short questions and gave him room to express himself and made him comfortable with his emotions.

The backup qb finds out he’s starting the big Monday night game just hours before kickoff. 92 yds on 1 timeout, knowing a FG wouldn’t be enough. Incredible. And to see how genuinely shook up he was in this interview. Damn..
I think Drew's time in Denver was a lot worse than people think. He's just happy to be on a team that believes in him. The coaches and players love him.

The HC blatantly hated him and for what reason we never really found out. Fangio put in the broken skeleton of Bridgewater, basically risking his health and livelihood than going to the backup. It was bizarre.

Broncos fan here. I'm glad to see him prospering. He really never got a fair shot in Denver because of Fangio's crooked ways and the organization in complete meltdown. I believe Geno still has the stick but his days are numbered. Keep with it Drew!

This will go down in history as being one of the most refreshing and REAL post-game interviews I've ever watched. Nothing contrived, scripted nor politically correct.......just the straight goods from the heart of Mr. Lock. I have a newfound respect for him and hope last night's just the beginning of more amazing moments to come. As a Seahawks fan, I hope he does so in a Hawks uniform, but even if it is elsewhere, I look forward to seeing what he can do and only hope he is given that chance. If the league didn't notice you before, Drew, I hope they do now. 💙💚💙

It shows what good coaches can do . Even Wilson couldn’t perform under Denver’s former coaches. Carol has away with players to make them feel like they can do it and picking the team. There is a reason Carol gets into the playoffs almost every year.

One of the most heartfelt, non-sports jargonized, human responses I think I have ever heard. The guy is/was just THANKFUL to play, knew it was a tough game for him and his first response was to spread the thanks to the entire team. Having lived through the Russell Wilson years in Seattle I became disappointed by his personal journey from humble and thankful to becoming a self-absorbed, totally scripted humanoid. I was just so moved by Lock not just for this win but his tenacity and long journey as a non-player and, for this one night at least, redeemed.

I’m a Hawks fan. I don’t know wether Drew Lock is the QB1 for the future. But as a human being, he is humble, competitive, supportive, down-to-earth, and I would love to chill with this guy. Football would be a better game if more players had his attitude. I’m glad he’s not a diva. He’s been patient on the sidelines for almost 2 years, and I’m happy he had this moment. Not many QBs do. You can tell he’s Geno Smith’s fan, and gives credit to the team, not just boosting himself. I’m overjoyed for him.
