thank you for the inspiration man, you show us that things are not granted but you have to work for them. The fact that you revealed your age and your so young makes you a role model for any man. Truly a man of God and may God stay with you.

In my calisthenics journey the biggest factor I’ve found for handstands and handstand pushups is core strength. Keeping full body tension keeps wobbling to a minimum so you can stay balanced while going through the HSPU range of motion

I'm 16, it's been a month and a half that I sarted my handstand push up journey (from being scared of being upside down) I can now do 10 second hanstands, and 2 handstand pushup against the wall. I'll get this handstand pushup with perseverance

Just tried this yesterday on the dip bar at my gym and over-rotated and slammed my legs off the metal. Great first day of trying it and looking forward to this journey

I remember getting into this about a year ago. I got to the point of maintaining a handstand by walking around on the ground. I don't remember why I stopped, but I will surely begin learning this again. Thank you

This is all really solid. I consider myself in pretty good shape, but I can’t get to the gym very often so I mostly do calisthenics. As you mentioned, the difficulty in that is getting my shoulders well.
Safe to say I’m gonna’ be learning the handstand push-up too.

Ive notice a big difference in my control and breathing. I used to have to hold by breath and have the blood pool in my head unter pressure. But I've started to comfortably breathe and relax into the hold. I still need a wall to my back but they are getting more and more stable each time I go to the gym

I I was not injured I would also be training for this 🙏
I mastered the regular handstand and learned push ups against the wall
Pro tip! Train holds against the wall and don't just trow yourself over and over again expecting to balance 💪💪

Ur doing real good so far actually. Next level is walking on ur hands. Bruce Lee was known for doing this. Keep working on it. Musashi: everything is difficult at first. Life is muscle. Get to work WARRIORS

I also noticed how wide your hands are during your handstand. Try keeping them as close to shoulder width as you can- it will help keep you from losing balance as easily because you will be able to shift your shoulders more to maintain balance.

I want to thank you for your video presentations. They are educational and inspiring. Having watched your handstand video I wanted to share some of my knowledge with regard to performing a safe, slow and intentional handstand. I noticed that throughout the video your technique focused and included an extension of a leg to the rear of your body in order to perform a kick to raise your body into the handstand. Coming from a yoga background, I would recommend starting in the squat position as you do, but rather than extending your leg out behind you to kick yourself up, raise yourself slowly and intentionally from the squat without kicking up. Simply lift both feet off the ground and extend them upward. Extension of the leg behind you and performing a kick results in overbalance of the body as a result of creating too much inertia. I hope this makes sense. If not I can send you a link that explains with images and or a video. Thanks again for the inspiration. Go in peace.

Focused meditation will help u with this. Breathing exercises with humming for nitric oxide. Explore isometrics and stretching. These two things gave Bruce Lee his speed. Measure isometrics with a timer.
