DIY Dollar tree Minnie Mouse centerpiece

Hi everyone this is a Minnie mouse centerpiece diy tutorial.
Items used as follows
Vase $1.00 from dollar tree
Tulle from amazon
White glue $1.00
Glitter
Tooth pick
Glue gun
Hair bow
Craft balls $1.34 from dollar store

My grand mother showed me a quicker way for the tulle. Cut a doubled rectangle of the tulle , place it over the glass, place a hair tie over it to hold in place, cut the middle put some ball can be placed and just cut the bottom to your desired length. I also put the foam ball on a toothpick and used spray adhesive glue and put the ball in a ziplock and shook it up. Thanks for the inspiration.
