Mr. Muthspiel has always been fantastic, and he is no less fantastic here. John Patitucci is the bass player one wants for perfection.

It doesn't get any better than Wolfgang Muthspiel and John Patitucci, this is as good as it gets, a true musicial match made in heaven.

Robert Shelton the guitar tone featured in this video is achieved with a signal processing effect known as chorus, which is an effect that is essentially a short delay with modulation and was very popular amongst guitar players in the 80's and early 90's being employed by players in the jazz idiom such as john scofield and pat metheny.
