    I've always been pretty ""clean"", but I seriously need to ""work"" on overeating. I've always had issues with that, I never know when to stop and I never really feel satisfied, physically more than satisfied but mentally I just always want to get more food.. Your video was like another reminded that I need to work on that!

    i used to watch your videos from the being, i was vegetarian for 5yrs your videos helped me with cooking and more. i stopped being vegetarian this year in jan now im back to vegetarian lifestyle. love your videos

    I definitely need to work on eating more whole foods. As I was watching this video I was eating a Vegan Boca burger... for breakfast. lol. should probably work on that. :)

    Smoothie's in the morning are always a great choice! While protein powder definitely isn't necessary like you said, it can actually give it some flavor and is a nice way to get a little bit extra protein! Great video! :D

    Carob powder is a great chocolate replacement! I make my own bars/syrup with it :)

    I lift weights every afternoon except one day on the weekend. To maximize my lifting I go into my workouts on a fairly empty stomach. So I eat a protein shake for breakfast with some fruit and a light lunch of brown rice and vegetables. Then it's 2-3 hours of lifting after work fueled with BCAA's. Within an hour after lifting I drink another protein shake and when I get home I eat about 2 pounds of food ( beans, lentils, pasta, tofu, tempeh, I don't count calories anymore. I just stuff it in. When I want to lean out (cut) I reduce my evening meal to about 1 1/2 pounds of food and do cardio in the mornings before breakfast. So far this works pretty good for putting on muscle though I hate the way I feel after dinner. But I do love not counting calories.

    I made The Vegan Zombie Chocolate Vegan Cake too often last year and gained twenty pounds.....I am trying your tips and trying to be healthy again.

    thanks for sharing, I too eat like you used to, nothing all day then I eat dinner. I don't overeat due to I've had a life saving intestine and stomach surgery and since then I can't eat big quantities of food. currently I'm having medical issues and my protein and potassium are really really low. with that surgery it has made it to where my body doesn't get all the nutrition I take in. I can't force myself to eat because it makes me vomit. so your smoothy idea I will try even though I really don't care for them. but I'm currently looking at vegan protein powders to help get my protein up. I've had protein powders when I wasn't a vegan and they are pretty gross. so I'm trying to research and ask what people like. because if its not good I will not be able to choke it down. so thanks again for your video and info. I love all your food too. easy and very tasty😁

    There are lists of foods you DEFINITELY need to eat organic ..especially potatoes, celery etc. I will eat a few things not organic but most are nonnegotiable and I will just not eat if not organic. Plant based eating is so interesting and delicious ! Thank you for your helpful videos and recipes. I don’t eat much processed faux foods, but I do love my vegan “butter” and “cheese”. Weakness! I have never tried a faux scrambled “egg” and would love a really good recipe on this. I hear the JUST eggs is supposed to be good but I seldom see any items like that in my markets.

    I'm so bad about eating vegan junk food. Oreos are my weakness. I love cooking though my channel is actually a vegan cooking channel. They aren't all healthy, but they are delicious!

    I have been vegan longer than you and I still am not a morning person I can't have breakfast until about 3 p.m. and I usually don't have my coffee till then either. But I only eat that meal and supper with a snack. That's it for the day I don't need more than that. I just saw my doctor Wednesday of last week and everything is fine better than it was last year. I have pernicious anemia which is a B12 problem to begin with which can kill so for years I have been taking B12 injectable at home.

    No shame using protein powder or vegan ice cream, especially if you're underweight, to add on some calories. Although my new thing is using chocolate soy milk as the base. 10/10 would recommend.

    I'm new to your channel so I'm not entirely sure if you already have a video up on this topic, but if not, would you be willing to make a video on how to transition from eating meat and animal bi product, to going soley to vegan? Also, how to change your mindset. I've been mostly vegetarian, off and on vegan, but my fiancé and I are gym rats, and he's always hounding on eating better, but keeping loads of protien, which its easier for him to grab a can of tuna or baked chicken. He's willing to go vegan, he just doesn't have the grounds to do so. Where I can provide information, I would rather it come from someone whos had more consistent experience. If any of that makes any sense. lol
