Heb:6:1: Therefore leaving the principles of the doctrine of Christ, let us go on unto perfection; not laying again the foundation of repentance from dead works, and of faith toward God,
Heb:6:2: Of the doctrine of baptisms, and of laying on of hands, and of resurrection of the dead, and of eternal judgment.
Heb:6:3: And this will we do, if God permit.
Heb:6:4: For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
Heb:6:5: And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
Heb:6:6: If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.

Never understood the appeal of the 100m. People will say that it's purest race since tactics and courage don't play into it but for me that's the very reason I don't like it. An athlete should be more than the sum of their fast twitch fibers.

100m will always be the king of the track. Fast-twich fibers, speed work, strength training, explosive movement will always win over the scrawny weak marathon/long distance running.

@@thetexasmonster8044 Middle distance running requires more of tactics, pacing etc. 100m, 200m races are over before you even realise. Also distance runners are not weak they are strong pound for pound.

@@zanies6288 Pound for pound strength is cope, distance runners are weak. Unless you are benching 300+, squatting 405+, deadlifting 500 you have no business calling yourself "strong".

I'm 400m runner . But you should learn to respect every sport or any event in track and field. You are deniar of the fact that humans are better long distance runners than sprinters. It was always true , because of this we could chase a fast deer for miles till it gets tired and then spear it. Last year a man named Eliud Kipchoge a superhuman ran marathon under 2 hours . In the animal kingdom , our long distance running ranking is better than sprint ranking.
