DGR is completely aware that we can figure out who dies first by these advertisements, so we cant justify that what we are seeing is "real." I had paused frame by frame at every part of this ad and the newer ones to see if there were any missing platforms, not only did the video try to hide them, but Tsumigi can be seen in the podiums. Making it even more confusing if she actually died or not. I think DGR is gonna try to trick us out, by not giving them lines so the first thing we assume is that they're the victim, but in reality it was someone else all along. I dont believe they'll want to give us the info that easy, it is DGR were talking about. Maybe Gonta's lines could be fake, just taken from his interactions before the murder, and then his sprite photoshopped in to make it look like he wasnt the victim. Maybe Tsumigi is the farthest from even involved with the case but they didnt make her say anything to draw eyes to her. I may be over-reacting but if you try to inspect every podium, every character is there, so one of them has to be a fake sprite placed in to trick us. CANT LET YOU DO THAT STARFOX : if I may I looked back at some of the trailers for trigger happy havoc and goodbye despair they seem to only give you an interesting bit about the location of the first murder for instance in the first games trailer the first glimpse of the trial we are getting is when they talk about it taking place in makoto's room and in the bathroom while in goodbye despair we are given the fact that the killer was under the floorboards and fuyuhiko having an alibi via chiaki . Following this pattern what we are given is that the kill most likely took place in the library and involves the usage of a trap and sliding doors. And we are given that kaede is lying to protect saihara as he would most likely be the prime suspect.... that's my take anyway

These translations are a little different from some other ones. Its making it hard to gauge the character's personalities. The first translation i saw made Tenko seem like a feminist while this one made her seem like a prideful martial artist, referring to man, as a person in general, like how she says dead man. I tried to read all the text in the trial scenes and now my eyes are going round in circles
So I looked up the voices for the students and I just found out that the person who does Kirimi Toujou (at around the 1:13 part of the video) also provides the voice for Salem in the Japanese dub of RWBY. And with that, my trust in this character is immediately revoked! I bet she's the mastermind, too! Run away, students!! She wont stop until she sees everyone else BURN!!!
