HI TRAVIS AND SUZI HOW ARE YOU GUYS. THIS IS THE FOURTH REQUEST IN THE JAKE E LEE SET AND THIS IS A BLISTERING GUITAR SOLO LIVE FROM KANSAS CITY 1986.
Seriously... the simple fact that you guys reacted exclusively to Jake's solo has already earned you a new subscriber here. He's my guitar hero. Perfect technique, clean notes, creative compositions, great stage presence and as far as we know today, an honest and humble soul. Although he doesn't need it, he deserves that react. Congratulations guys!

His talent is amazing. I highly recommend you listen to the song
"Rumblin' train" from Badlands where he does one of the best solos
ever in my bok! Or watch his live solo in "Suicide solution" Salt lake city 1984!!!

Well he is the man who brought us the great solo in bark at the moon.
The opening of this solo sounded like a shout out to Randy's spotlight solo unless I a completely mishearing it,
Jake got pissed when ozzy did that, if you watched the rest of that you would see it
I used to have that concert on video, i know it by heart,Jake E lee was and is the best ever
Jake E. Lee was pretty awesome, but my favorite Ozzy guitarist is definitely Zakk Wylde by far. Not because he is better or worse, just because is tone and style complemented Ozzy's music so fantastic, at least for me. I just love the flavor that Zakk brought to Ozzy's music.

This is an interesting series. Jake is sort of the forgotten Ozzy player. I think only 2 or 3 albums with Ozzy, he is a great musician. The "Badlands "albums exceeded their contemporaries, in my opinion. Ozzy said Jake was great, but was more interested in outside interests... "karate", of all things!!?.Jake was probably a better player than Zakk, but Zak is committed to the brand, and has improved over the years...but no one can replace the magic of Randy, Much less Tony Iommi

Jake could have been even BETTER in Ozzy's band, but.......he wasn't allowed to be the 'Band Master'.
Sharon didn't like ANYONE who had balls ( Jake must have really had a pair!). Jake was being 'real deal' concerning things like the musical direction, etc and being 'comfortable' (being late doesn't matter AS LONG AS THE RIGHT WORK GETS DONE).....BUT Sharon thought that ANYONE is replaceable so she fires him.
Ozzy would have had a few more credible albums had Jake stayed on........
