Amy you are the best, whenever I detour to some other training couch I always end up working out with you!! 9 months postpartum and feeling back in shape, I do exercise with you every day and the core workouts are the best - I love them. And where YOU do make a difference is that you explain every move & why it matters and give us the alternatives. Exercising deep core muscles flatten my baby belly in literally couple of weeks. Please keep on doing more core workouts. Thank you!!!

I LOVE your workouts and have been using them for years. One of my favorite things about your workouts are the great modifications you give for all walks of life. Definitely felt that this video could have used a few more modifications as some moves felt too hard for me
Loved this!!! Tapped it onto the end of a your yoga mobility. I especially loved the side crunches followed by the side crunch held while bringing the other leg in and out. That really got the 🔥 going!! Thank you so much Amy!
Gosh that was hard work! My core is definitely feeling it after that! Your core (and glutes) workouts are great for me, as in my late 40's I tend to carry a bit more weight around my tummy (and bum!). I'm going to do a 20 minute cardio workout now! X
Love all your videos! Would love some new and challenging upper body workouts from you at some point. I have also had a hard time with upper body stuff but since finding your videos I have built a lot of strength and now I am kinda obsessed 😊

Could you please consider going just a second slower? Following this isn't a smooth sail. We are on the mat, listening, and watching, so it's not easy to follow seamlessly at your pace (especially when lying down). I generally LOVE your workouts 💖.
I have lower back disk issues also. I have found - if it hurts, modify. If it causes pain (not soreness but real pain) modify. Pay attention to what your body is telling you. I think planks are the best for core strength.
Amy is my absolute favorite. I’m 54 & never worked out. She has helped me with form so I work the correct muscles and breathe correctly
