I made this and used lamb leg steak chopped up instead of chicken and it was delicious. I did marinate the lamb in some chicken tikka powder for an hour first and cooked it the same. 10/10 👍

Made it last week. Maybe not quite same as in Indian restaurant but very tasty and easy. Used a few chopped boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of breasts, some raisins and chopped cilantro on top.

Crispy fried onions on top, I was always told use a fork to rake rice not a spoon separates grains better . Will try this usually do mine in oven x
Weather you use a fork or a spoon makes no difference if your rice is cooked nicely
