Regulations can be onerous but they are there for a reason.

Axle bearings screaming for mercy
Those trucks are way to overloaded, most of them look like they came from my area, Ontario Canada, and there is a reason you take 3 buckets from a 980 Loader, thats 22.5 tons, that will atleast let the truck live 5-10 years, they were never built to haul the full amount the box is,
Not only is it hard on yhe truck frame but those hydraulic rams werr not built to lift that much day in and day out, becareful the cylinders dont blow up and the load comes crashing down
Why do they take so much? If they’re paid by the ton just make an extra trip and save the wear on the trucks.
Don't give a dam about the equipment, personal safety is more important, no hard hats, getting out of the truck while it's been loaded,and walking by the truck while it's moving, like he's walking his dog

Years ago my road dump truck with third axle lifted was legal for 33 ton and 45 ton with third axle down…from pit crusher to stock pile we weigh it one day I was around 75 ton…the guy that had it after me drove it till the Detroit screamers where basically became illegal to drive due to emissions…..had a out of frame rebuilt at every 1000000 miles on the Silver92 9:40 and every 2000000 miles on the 15 speed..I believe she was retired just short of 4 million miles..

I am from Finland. I have drived vehicle total weight on road 48 metric tons. 3 axle truck, 3 axle pup trailer. Steel coils to ship from warehouse. load weight 90 metric tons, no frame damages because low speed.

I could be wrong but it looks like they may be just trucking it from the quarry in the background. If that's the case and these trucks never have to get up to road speeds or endanger the public, these trucks will happily haul over weight for years at low speeds. I could be mistaken but the quarry looks to be visible in the background.
