Made a mistake not unmarking the point and coming out on the 8 again. My bad guys. Was a long week :) Still a solid strategy, the outcome would have been similar thanks to the press on 9. Getting old.... - David
I used this strategy today and did well. There were a lot of short rolls but the DC hedge saved me until a few long rolls came out. I modified it a little by going 70 across (64 for me and 6 for the crew) with a 75 DC bet. I added to the crew's bets with any change and they were very happy. The pit boss approached me later while I was at the Pai Gow table and told me he liked my betting strategy, a compliment to you, David. Thank you for this video and all of your others.
no betting strat will work (to reduce the house edge), at any of these games Each and every bet you can make has a house edge. Combining different bets does not somehow magically change that fact. The pass will lose 1.4141...%, and the dont will lose 1.36363...% over the long term., One does not insure the other in any way. Fact is, you have made it impossible that you could ever come up with a winning day, while you are certainly going to lose over the long term All you do with these strats in make your mind such a clusterf**k, employing a clusterf**k of bets, that your poor mind persuades you that you have achieved something. If these strats worked, craps would not be delt by any casino. You are living in a fantasyland. The only working strat is to ONLY play the best bets, to reduce the house edge to the minimum -- and you will certainly lose over the long term. (And you certainly arent doing that). Doing what you are doing is paying the casino many multiples of what you would be paying if you would just put your money on one of the lines, and maximizing odds bet before making further bets. That will give a HE of only about 0.3%. You have a HE of at least 10 times that amount with your strat. And casinos love you! You have a huge problem visualizing what is going on here. Certainly you did poorly at things like maths and statistics
@@lomanolomano Because, as you would realize if you could do simple maths, laying the 4/10 obviously has a house edge of 3.846%. Where that DC bet obviously has a house edge of 1.3636%. I stopped by Casino Quest and David taught me this strategy. Later that night I was in Mesquite at the Casa Blanca and gave it a try. I’d been going to the Casa Blanca for a few nights before and had a nice relationship with the dealers. Previously I’d been playing the Triple Lux strategy and the dealers liked that strategy. Well, when I started The One all the dealers started giving me weird looks and asked what was I doing. I told them I got this strategy from David who they all knew of by the way. Because they knew of David they gave me less crap and gave it a chance. Things did not go well at all. After switching back to the Triple Lux the dealers told me to tell David this strategy should be called “ Not The One”! LMAO A fun story to share and thanks again to everyone at Casino Quest - I had a great time at dice setting with Ronny & Dice with David. Definitely worth a visit to Casino Quest if you’re in Vegas!
Great strategy for a long Rollout! However when big red starts coming every few rolls it's a hard climb back to even break even! But long rolls happen from time to time so all I can say is good luck with this one you'll need it !
Crazy that I was messing on Crapsee this morning playing Cliffhanger strat and started incorporating the DC. Then pull up RUclips and see David doing the same one. Great minds!!!
If you lose like most do, you need to study Meyer Lansky. He designed the layout. If casino owners follow his layout they make money. Reality slaps the face when Big Red is rolled and the snow shovel is required to clean up the chips for the house. That was what Meyer understood by his 15th birthday. Fascinating study. haha.
Betting the 4&10 wouldn’t make sense for me. But that’s just me. I’m an “inside” better and will buy the no 4 or 10 to hedge those numbers along with the pass line bet which is good insurance against the 7. Sure that no 4 or 10 can be picked off but not a high probability. Your system does look strong though!
I don't understand the reason behind the cliffhanger though. What's the point of it and how is it a good strategy to remove the money from one point and put it on another? Why not just take the winnings and ride the point?
No it hasnt. These betting strats do nothing to diminish house edge. House edge means the casino wins on your action. Since the casino wins, you lose. If these systems worked, the casino would not offer the game.
I have been playing craps in Vegas for over 20 years. I have never played at a table with over a $5 min. I have only played on downtown, or strip casinos, with the one exception of Jokers Wild in Henderson. I have never carried a shiv, and have never felt the need to carry a shiv. In fact Jokers Wild is a real nice neighborhood style casino with super friendly staff. They have $2 min on the weekends last I checked. El Cortez down town is $5. The Station Downtown is $5. Saying you need a good shiv to play $5 craps is ridiculous.
I have a question about the DC bet, was watching another video “10 things you shouldn’t do at the craps table”. The guy said you should never remove your DC bet after it’s on say 10. How do you feel about remove the bet?
Hi David, first let me say I have been watching you guys a long time and have learned so much. This strategy saved me a few times going in the whole. I only learned about it last week. I'm sure someone probably already mentioned this, but would I did differently was I put enough money on big red and 11 in the home bet to cover all the inside numbers and the DC when the DC is first being established. I was one of the unlucky people that the second I put the DC down, someone rolls a seven and the whole thing got whacked. Just my two cents and saved me a lot of money.
David, I am gonna use this! I was planning on doing a $1000 bank roll and plan on going to CQ to test out my strategy but I will use this one I like it!! Thanks Daddy David.
Why not place your DC bet first and wait until it is established before you place your bet on numbers? This would reduce your risk exposure and have a better Cliff Hanger system.
Best strategy : 600 bankroll, 4,5,6,8,9,10 each 100, roll the dice 3 times, if 7 don’t come then u walk out of the casino a winner, do this everyday & I bet u will win in long term
I did notice that by rolling the dice you’ll always get a random number but that however you may be lucky once in a while depending on what the number is on the dice
Try this on for size, David. Instead of $25 5 or 9, add a dollar. Then after the vig, it's one for 40. Add a buck to your $35 5 or 9 add a buck. After the vig it's one for $55. $80 after vig is &120 or 5 for $125.
Yep, same here, that number may hit four times in row, and you pulled the money off, that's what I didn't like about this strategy, some numbers" trend" for 4,5,6, times out of ten rolls, I wanna be on it, if it does!
The house does not care about what betting strat you use, because they know that no betting strat can work at all. Only mathematically/statistically illiterate people can believe these strats work The casino can just relax and rake in the money.
Question...when you pull everything down after running through your cliffhangers, then reset with $64, why don't you place another $50 DC? That would have saved you some money on the 7 out near the end of the video.
At the 15 minute mark, when you put your 64 bucks back in, why didnt you put the 50 dont come bet again? You hit a 7 right after and you woulda had your bets hedged?
ok started playing craps in a c nj when resorts opened in 1976 wish i knew this strategy min start bank $300 my tweaked version of doey dont system never lost for a month yes some days you lose but i'm playing 3 days a week and might lose 5 trips out of 12 averge win per hr on full table $65 ok min dp bet $15 point is 5 or 9 you like so lay $12 that wins $8 total p/u 7 out $50 now place 5 or 9 for $20 so your total out is $47 7 out toatl back in rack is $50 if point is made total back in rack is $47 - the dp n odds -27 $ profit is $20 profit on 7 out is $30 try n stay within 15% of bank same every number $45 total out also u can decide to go more on place bets and lay less dp take what the table is giving you for ever 7 - 11 there is a 2 or 3 it averages out like if your on table 6 hours
I’m a numbers guy, I can definitely see how this works even though I don’t know much about craps. I had to quit my game and delete it off of my phone because I got so mad when I lost everything. The strategy is not flawed, but when the seven came up 10 out of 15 times it was definitely not worth it. Good thing I was playing with fake money on a time wasting game lol.
Interesting video. Does anyone know what the actual likelihood or odds are that a shooter will make 5,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45, rolls of the dice before the seven. So any system depends on how many times the shooter rolls the dice? For me the best odds to winning a lot of money in a casino is card counting in blackjack where a player can actually change the casino odds a little more in the players favor. It speaks volumes that all casinos try and ban so called advantaged players.
Tried many a Casino Quest and a Color Up Stratagy on a 5 dollar table at my local casino. Went 300 and out. However, saw a wrong bettor taking 10x odds on a $500 DC across numbers... an winning. The guy had 250k in winnings. This is no BS! The guy went wrong all night! And it was crazy right for him! All I can say is take what you can afford to bet and lose! No BS! On 5 dollar table the guy was forcing the casino to rack up $500 chips alll night long on the DC!
Just add a green (on the don't)for each red. $32 for $5, $64 for $10, $96 for $15 table. Sure, you only have a $75 don't bet to cover $96, but better to lose a little for something that won't occur too often.
No. You must have a Line bet (either side) in order to shoot. You can pick up your bet and walk though, then the dice go to the next shooter. Fire bets stay active.
Sometimes strings of rolled numbers are well mixed (what we think of as "random") and none repeat right back, other times they all seem to be repeating for while. When numbers are repeating often, you could do a Reverse Cliffhanger and move the bet stack from the non-hitting sister number bet to the prev hitting number. Here you rolled a nice mix of both mixed and repeats and won on the stacked cliffhanger hits but a Reverse Cliffhanger might have done better overall with those repeating 10s.
The odds don't change just because a number is hitting more. There is still a certain percent chance that number hits. It's just luck if a number hits multiple times.
@@heids2440 Any and all outcomes are not luck, they are the reality of what has actually occurred. You can call it luck, but that usually means you just watched it happen and didn't bet on it. What you call odds and chance is probability, which is the expectation over the long-term. Casinos would go broke if the short-term results always followed long-term probability, since outcomes would be easily predictable.
@@ahbalone confused, did you not just prove your initial comment wrong then? the odds for rolling a 10 are 8.33%, even if a 10 has rolled 5 times in a row the odds remain the same. doing a “reverse cliffhanger” strategy when numbers roll consecutively is counterintuitive as the odds remain the same.
You have it on the DC because you want a placebet to hit as the dc goes behind the number so you can start your first cliff hanger from go. You could turn on all your bet and do a DP but that goes against David's rule of following the shooter - Dennis
Please make a video explaining the benefits of making a small bet hitting it and pressing it counting on hitting it again in order to make money Please people bet at the beginning one time what you'd have pressed to in the first place hit once and there you go
have you thought of trying an Iron Cross variant to help build the cliff hanger a little higher -- especially when we lose the outside numbers because we hit them already -- if the field hits, take those winnings and add to the cliff - just a thought
Only way to beat craps is to Start with 500 or more on a 25 table put 25 pass line 25 field shoot for point put 90 on 6&8 75on 5&9 56on 4&10 then a 100 in field every roll u make will get u a 100 after u hit 2 or 3 rolls or make 300 back start betting 75 on seven every roll until it comes u can’t lose unless u hit seven before u make 300
If you cover all six numbers with equal bets the vig is only 1.25 percent if you have higher bets on the 6 and 8 you can get it down to less then 1 percent
Nonsense. You failed at maths, didnt you? The 4 and 10 have a vig of 6.67% The 5 and 9 have a vig of 4.00% The 6 and 8 have a vig of 1.51% I think even you could see that a combination of those bets cannot equal 1.25% Fact is, if your whole game was the 6/8, it would have a vig of 1.51%. Depending upon what you do about pressing bets, etc, the house edge will be from roughly 3 to 4% There are worse bets, but place bets are not good bets Obviosly as far as table games, a 3% house edge is hideous Go play this way. Keep real honest win/loss records. It wont take many months to realize that you are going to lose big employing any of these betting strats
There is no fail safe strategy with craps. The house has an edge on any number and every combination you can bet on. Sure you might get lucky - for a while.
IMO, "don't lose bets" are the worst thing to ever play. You know the house has an advantage so you want to play as long as possible? Other than card counting, the more you play, the less likely you are to win
7:47 you hit the point which was an 8 and didn’t move the puck off and then rolled an 8 again and took it as a winner when it wasn’t. It was the come out. So your whole deal got trashed. It’s all garbage after you missed the front like winner.
Made a mistake not unmarking the point and coming out on the 8 again. My bad guys. Was a long week :) Still a solid strategy, the outcome would have been similar thanks to the press on 9. Getting old.... - David

Really fun strategy to play. What do you do if you roll an 11 or 12 when you bet the DC and 3-Way 7? Do you re-bet the 3-Way 7 one more time??
We can remove the no-5 bet (from a DC)? I thought that was a contract bet?
Only the pass line and come are contact bets. The don't pass and dc are not.
This is great. Thanks for sharing. I will have to try this out..
how much is the

If I'm playing the don't pass. While being the shooter. Can I take my bet down and keep rolling?
@@ahbalone saying someone should have placed “x” bet because the number hit repeatedly is results oriented.
@@emphatically Uh huh
Any reason to run it with the DC instead of DP?
You have it on the DC because you want a placebet to hit as the dc goes behind the number so you can start your first cliff hanger from go. You could turn on all your bet and do a DP but that goes against David's rule of following the shooter - Dennis
which good strategy for Field
Play the field and sleep in the field
Unfortunately point 7 is to common for me to use this strat.
Please make a video explaining the benefits of making a small bet hitting it and pressing it counting on hitting it again in order to make money
Please people bet at the beginning one time what you'd have pressed to in the first place hit once and there you go
Damn David! Looks like I'm hitting the casino this weekend.
Like the strategy but why you rolling the dice like you on the sidewalk you at a nice table roll them like the casino
Never play to press always start your bet off at the size you want it. And thevery best systems is the blender.
I would bet the same way but place the horn and 7 big red every time
have you thought of trying an Iron Cross variant to help build the cliff hanger a little higher -- especially when we lose the outside numbers because we hit them already -- if the field hits, take those winnings and add to the cliff - just a thought
If I LAY $100 ON #4 WITH A 6 AS THE POINT AND THS SHOOTER 7'S OUT HOW MUCH DO I GET PAID ON MY LAY BET????
50
Only way to beat craps is to Start with 500 or more on a 25 table put 25 pass line 25 field shoot for point put 90 on 6&8 75on 5&9 56on 4&10 then a 100 in field every roll u make will get u a 100 after u hit 2 or 3 rolls or make 300 back start betting 75 on seven every roll until it comes u can’t lose unless u hit seven before u make 300
I am trying to learn craps and this sounds interesting. I have played a few times.
So this would call for a 90 on each 6 and 8
@@javiertamez9291 yeah 90 would win u 105 but download a demo game in try it first before u go play in learn dice control
@@calebcrenshaw8529 cool, gonna have to try it
Sounds like a good way to have a bad night very quickly. But I’m more of a grind strategist with a walk away number
@@chrisis1 heading to Louisiana tomorrow to hit the craps table.
What strategy do u usually play
the 9 was off on come out and you payed your self lol but your doing great
If you cover all six numbers with equal bets the vig is only 1.25 percent if you have higher bets on the 6 and 8 you can get it down to less then 1 percent
Or you could bet the pass/come with 10x odds for a house edge of 0.18%
Nonsense. You failed at maths, didnt you?
The 4 and 10 have a vig of 6.67%
The 5 and 9 have a vig of 4.00%
The 6 and 8 have a vig of 1.51%
I think even you could see that a combination of those bets cannot equal 1.25%
Fact is, if your whole game was the 6/8, it would have a vig of 1.51%. Depending upon what you do about pressing bets, etc, the house edge will be from roughly 3 to 4%
There are worse bets, but place bets are not good bets
Obviosly as far as table games, a 3% house edge is hideous
Go play this way. Keep real honest win/loss records. It wont take many months to realize that you are going to lose big employing any of these betting strats
You would never bring down the "no five" worse case.. you place the 5 for 50....break even on 7 or win 20 if the 5 roles...
Looks good, but you paid the 8 twice when it was the number so that changes every roll after that. But I like it
Nice addition to the cliff hanger
There is no fail safe strategy with craps. The house has an edge on any number and every combination you can bet on. Sure you might get lucky - for a while.
Yea cool, stradgedys are fine, unfortunately if nobody makes any numbers your goin Down like the titanic
Thank you
I like it Dave 👍 You know me…I’m the think out of the box kind of guy ☝️
Great Demo by the way.
Thank you sir. Humbled. - David
The no 5 should have went down when point was hit
I do: 5,6,8 and then I bet the field for half the price
Broooooo I just tried craps for the first time w this and left $600 strong lol
IMO, "don't lose bets" are the worst thing to ever play. You know the house has an advantage so you want to play as long as possible? Other than card counting, the more you play, the less likely you are to win
7:47 you hit the point which was an 8 and didn’t move the puck off and then rolled an 8 again and took it as a winner when it wasn’t. It was the come out. So your whole deal got trashed. It’s all garbage after you missed the front like winner.
Just read where you said you missed it.
"If you go looking for a $5 table carry a shiv" hahahaha
Why don't you protect your DC with a $3-4 yo bet?
It all depends on the shotter
You have to slow down a bit. You missed bringing the pick down on the original 8 and a couple of dollars going back and forth, but I like the system 😁
14:48 You shorted your customer $1 change when you took $65 in chips and went to $64 across.
Uh Oh, will happen, made an even bigger one, sadly. The big sell is the strategy :)
This only work when somebody on the dice for a long time
A good shiv😂
S-L-O-W…..I-T…..D-O-W-N…..F-E-L-L-A….. EASY ON THE ENERGY DRINKS.
I think the casinos put these videos out
never take dont down bet place bet same amount
High risk high reward. Its all fun and games until someone rolls a 7
Any tips for a cheap gambler like myself going to Vegas?? Lol.
Certain casinos ect.
Pls help thanks!!! (asking the comments)
Go downtown Vegas or better yet don't play at all. Cheap craps doesn't exist in Vegas much anymore.
Try online crap evolution casino
i like how he throws down 64 dollars like its nothing.
