Medium level of medicine. Advanced engineer level. The doctor's upgrade button is not active. I can’t do it myself either, the button is also not active

talk to the doctor as if you are buying something, go to inventory, and right click on MODULE. Make sure you have a card (bank card)

Same here, the button is grey and isn't active. My stats are 254 fame points, 120k on card, card is with me, full purple memory module.

@@howdareyou666 because you have intelligence 5. You can't do it anymore. Only boosts. I thought that the memory module could increase intelligence to 8, but the developers said that the maximum is 5

@@FakinkWorlt Thanks for the help, so I did it wrong by starting with max intelligence and low strength. I thought that since you learn things faster, you get more fame points and that all translates into faster growth of other stats.

Never heard of this issue before. Have you tried doing it before? Try it in single player since you can spawn BCUs.
I'm assuming you have a card when going to the doctor?

If you die from enemies, puppet, mech, or fall damage, it DOES NOT. But when you commit suicide, died from your own grenade, or your own mine, or your own rocket/grenade launcher. Yes it will take 0/5 intelligence per death.
