    It is promotional video, it’s obvious. I love Zaha hadid architects projects, that’s how I did ended up here. I think Russia needs this kind of city’s in areas which were abandoned after soviet era and is in need of new life. You will get there, I believe! Good luck and good life to you Russia!

      My pleasure! I do truly wish you beautiful life and happiness of your people! Stay noble and tasteful! That’s crucial! Only weapons advancement is the hard power , but you need soft power , which is culture and beautiful life of your people! The soft power works on largest scale! So yes, build amazing infrastructure for your people and consult with Chinese about its advantage and downside as well ! You are lucky to have true friend!

    It makes a Brazilian city, like:
    Maceió, Recife, São Paulo, Salvador, Manaus, Porto Alegre and the most interesting Rio de Janeiro.

    I have understood what your channel reminds me ! That was film, where wealthy people move to other planet or space ship. They live in modern city, using biotechnology, ecology transport. At the same time on the Earth people fighting for eat, shoot each other.

      This is not unique, it is the same thing every smart city is trying to make. Smart cities are not smart.

    Isn't the urbanism pretty... 1960's-like?

    • @TheBombson
      @TheBombson 3 года назад +1

      a huge problem we have in eastern Europe. From my observation people have been "brainwashed" of what a city life and culture are through the past century. Because in socialism it was all deemed as "bourgeoisie". So you will see even expensive real estate selling in the same dull urban planning, with lots of parking, and people go for it! The architecture schools are still fond of it as well, even as disapproval of such thinking has been growing in the west for a few decades now, very little perception of it here.

    • @isaks7042
      @isaks7042 3 года назад +1

      No, it is too dense to be 1960's like. Back then suburbs were made.

    • @pcongre
      @pcongre 3 года назад

      @@isaks7042 in my country, we have plenty of suburbs from the 60's that are essentially like the one in the video - as soon as you apply single-use zoning to a new neighbourhood like in this case, it loses all its urbanity / it inevitably becomes yet another car-addicted area (no matter how much you spend on public transport to try to mitigate the problem afterward)
      There were suburbs in the 60's that were less dense than this one, yes, but that doesn't mean it's good enough as it is / that we shouldn't learn from past mistakes, imo

    I dislike cities of the future, they are so ugly, they don't link to any tradition, community or town, they are just a buisness hub. Architecture today is bland, no character, and all the same. Cities of the future are dystopian cities full of artificiality.
