More Apples Than Dough! Tasty Creamy Apple Cake in 10 Minutes!

There are a lot of apples in the cake! Everyone will love this delicious and easy to make apple cake prepared in 10 minutes!

💥 Apple Cake Ingredients:
4 apples, thinly sliced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 eggs
1/3 cup (60g) sugar
1/2 cup (100ml) milk
2 tbsp (30g) butter, melted
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
5/8 cup (80g) all purpose flour
powdered sugar (optional)
7 inch spring form cake pan
💥 Apple Cake Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 356F (180C).
2. Peel 4 apples and cut into thin slices. Add lemon juice and coat thoroughly.
3. In a mixing bowl, add eggs, sugar and whisk until creamy. Add in milk, butter, baking powder, vanilla extract, flour and whisk until combined.
4. Add apples to the cake batter in few parts, coat them thoroughly.
5. Pour the cake batter in a buttered cake pan. Using a spatula, place the apples in layers.
6. Bake in the oven for 60 minutes or tooth pick comes out clean.
7. Let is cool down to room temperature.
8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar (optional).
