Fled to north after death threats and her press was destroyed § Henry Turner founded International Migration Society which helped blacks go to Africa. However it was not sustainable. § Booker T Washington - felt black people should not fight for equality on a political level, instead they should gain power economically.

Ive been cramming by watching Heimler and using a ton of online textbooks. Thank you so much Mr. Heimler for all you have done, I hope to get an A in my class and a 5 on my exam this week! Your videos help so much especially with our upcoming practice dbq and leq for the final exam in May. I’m already watching these to get ahead and get ready for next period.

Ouch! The term "the Blacks" is not good. Black people, Black folks, Black Americans, all okay according to what people of color have generally expressed, but not "the Blacks." For point of comparison, when we are talking about White folks today, are we more likely to say, "the Whites" or White people?
