People on eBay are greedy they won't sell but they will keep items listed.I would get a universal lboard from AliExpress if it was mine but none of the ports would line up .Funny thing is there are universal boards for crt,s as well only need a good tube .
my freind had a free view box and it had to retune it for new channels and when he did that it stopped working as the memory for it was to small to hold all the channels could that be the problem for the tv.
I had a samsung le40r87bd that was stuck in shop mode meaning it would not save the freeview channels so I said it needs a firestick or games console but a person took it yesterday so its out my way at least.

being vestel I wonder if you could fit a different make board that would work with that screen type. like hitachi or jvc etc

Most likely the first fet in the small screened antenna box has had a static failure. Fiddly.

Make an offer to the seller. Maybe he will sell for less. Ask if he will take 10 for it. Seriously. I have had success doing that.
