I am shooketh to the 28th degree. The parallels you drew were on point and seamless, and my emotions bubbled over when Heloise asks Marriane to turn around and the sequence after that left me breathless and sobbing. I literally threw up my hands and screamed OH MY GOD to my two cats. I wasn't quite sure of the music choice but as the vid progressed and your masterful editing took me on a wild ride of longing, love, heartbreak and loss it just came together. This is such a unique and one of a kind take on this movie, I am seriously in awe to the point of walking away from vidding forever and just basking in the complexities of this video. Wow. Thank you.
I never got around to watching this movie until I saw this, what a beautiful movie that stays with you long after it's over. Your editing is sublime, how you captured the moments, emotions of the characters and beats of the story to flow with the music is masterful. I love all your videos but this is one of my faves. 💕
What I love about this movie is both actress were beautiful, they portray their character so perfectly and the execution from every scenes to minimal music background just pure silence and natural sounds of waves splashing nearby and wind.

I've watched this movie 4 times and one of the many nuances layered within the film is that there is only music when they make their first connection on the harpsichord, then at the fire where the women sing and you see and hopefully feel "the gaze" outside of the "studio" and the end when Heloise feels Vivaldi. This was a hard video to watch because I think your music was a bit too chaotic and didn't fit. Great editing though.

Why is 28 ? Maybe the movie is talking about Céline and Adèle their love . When Adèle 28 years old and they broken but they still can work together forever.
